R. Reed Consulting Group invites you to Puerto Rico for Noche de San Juan (Night of Saint John), a celebration of renewal, release, and reclamation. This is not a vacation. It is a homecoming to the waters that hold memory, the rhythms that move through us, and the traditions that call us back to ourselves.
Noche de San Juan honors the summer solstice with an ancient ritual: at midnight, people walk backward into the ocean and submerge themselves three times, releasing what no longer serves and welcoming new blessings. The night comes alive with drumming, fire, and collective joy as communities gather on beaches across the island to honor water as healer and witness.
We will join this sacred practice alongside local communities, grounding ourselves in the wisdom of the land and its people. Through guided ceremony, cultural immersion, and intentional rest, we will explore what it means to be held by tradition and transformed by ritual.
